3.1.8 Vento new version

Dear Customers,

On October 10th, 2024, a new version of the Vento system will be released.

  • We are adding VAT and unit columns when inserting external delivery notes into the system.
  • Inserting external documents and other areas of the system will now display notes on separate lines when using the Enter key, instead of merging all text into a single line.
  • You will now be able to change the main stock during bulk editing of ingredients.
  • When the Discount Levels feature is active, items can now be discounted again during checkout.
  • ARES API has been implemented into Vento back office for the "Create Supplier" and "Create New Company" functionalities.
  • When inserting external documents into Vento (or importing using VentoAPI), the itemID field has now been implemented as a string.
  • You can now chat with customer support directly from the Vento back office.
  • Adjusted the food cost display for split bills when a modifier is applied during sales calculations.
  • Improved the scrolling functionality in drop-down menus (DDL), where it was previously impossible to scroll if there were many items.
  • When exporting stock status to Excel, spaces will no longer be generated where they shouldn’t be.
  • Vento QR in the "Registered Devices" report now displays the "Created" and "Last Used" columns, showing the device's creation date and last usage.
  • The settings for My Favourites on the Welcome page will no longer reset, and user-selected pages will remain.
  • The "Cancellation Overview" report now correctly displays the list when the options "Group by Calculations" and "Without Stock Adjustment" are selected.
  • The "Total" row alignment in the "Account Item List" report has been adjusted to match the columns.
  • Searching for companies with the city filter is now working as expected.
