On Thursday, August 6, 2026, we’re rolling out the new Confero version 1.7.1.
And once again, it brings a few handy improvements to make your life – or at least your shift – easier.
Take a quick look: in just a minute, you’ll know what’s changed and where you can save a few clicks.
What’s new?
New Confero – Vento connection
You can now create a banquet in Vento directly from a reservation in Confero. It only takes a few clicks. Find out more in this article HERE.
Keep the whole week under control
In Confero, you can now download an overview of all reservations for a selected week. In the Daily overview, simply select the first day of the week and click Weekly overview export.
Within seconds, you will have a clear overview of what to expect in the week ahead.
Easier contact person management
When creating or editing a reservation, you can now not only select an existing contact person but also create a new address profile for an individual directly. The newly created profile is automatically assigned as the organizer’s contact person, so there is no need to create it in the address book beforehand.
It is now also easier to verify that you have selected the correct profile, as the person’s e-mail address and telephone number are displayed next to their name. You will then also see these details directly in the reservation detail.
Clearer profile selection
We have improved profile selection from the shared hotel address book. When creating a reservation, if you select a location connected to HotelTime, the Search in HotelTime addressbook option will always be displayed.
Other services will no longer go missing
We have fixed an issue where Other services added to a reservation were not displayed in the confirmation letter. From now on, everything included in the reservation will also appear in the confirmation letter.
Copy reservations with the correct time
We have improved the way reservations and function rooms are copied. If you enter only a new date, the time will now be automatically copied from the original reservation or function room. Automatically setting the start time to midnight is now a thing of the past.
Consistent function room order in reservations and function sheets
When you arrange the function rooms in a reservation to suit your needs, the same order will also be retained in the function sheets downloaded from the reservation. This keeps everything clear and organised even outside Confero.
Calendar language fixed for non-Czech applications
The calendar display now matches the selected language. If a user has selected English or the application’s default language, the calendar will no longer appear in Czech and provide an unexpected bonus Czech lesson.
