In the HotelTime system it is possible to keep records of vehicle licence plates in a simple report. Upon arrival of the guest just fill in the licence plate number in the proper field (Licence No.) in his profile detail.
The report can be found in the main menu tab Front desk - Overviews - Licence plate report.
Here the system will show you all licence plates of guests according to their date of stay. It is also possible to search between them according to the guest name and also directly the specific licence plate.
You can easily get an overview of how many cars are parked at your hotel and especially to whom the car belongs, which you will certainly appreciate for example when searching for the owner of a car which is blocking the entrance.
The source of data is the profile of the guest from the address book where the licence plate is filled in and the related reservations, where the profile of the guest is entered.
