HOTELTIME SOLUTIONS is ending support for HotelTime version 3.5.0 on July 1 st, 2022. All applications on version 3.5.0 will be terminated on December 31, 2022.


Customers using version 3.5.0 should upgrade to the new version of HotelTime 4 until July 1 st, 2022. Migration assistance is provided by the customer support department, which has already emailed all customers of version 3.5.0 inviting them to upgrade. What do you need to know about upgrade?

We will determine a particular date for upgrading your property to the newest HotelTime version 4. You perform the transition to the new version with a consultant and rather check the data after the transition. The consultant provides full support on a separate telephone line before/during/after the upgrade itself. We need your minimal cooperation in the upgrade process.


If we will miss that cooperation, the upgrade will proceed to default system settings at the particular date.


What does termination of support mean?

You will still be able to log in to HotelTime 3.5.0 and perform user operations without further customer service support. Furthermore, it cannot be guaranteed that from this date HotelTime 3.5.0 will still be fully functional due to outdated links to third parties or exports of accounting data in unsupported formats. We will not further implement any legislative changes affecting items or system settings from July 1st, 2022.


What does it mean termination of HotelTime 3.5.0 and all applications?

If you have already upgraded to the new version of HotelTime 4, then the application you used before and which served as an archive of your data for some time will be terminated. It is, therefore, necessary to download all the data you want to keep - for instance, tax documents, booking lists, address book, etc. For this purpose, use the system to export to MS Excel, the address book can be shared up to your request - please contact us here. After 31 December 2022, all applications and data in them will be finally closed and unavailable.


Customers who use version 3.5.0 should upgrade to the new version of HotelTime 4 until July 1 st, 2022. After the upgrade, the 3.5.0 application will remain available until December 31 st, 2022. Download all the data you want to keep. For this purpose, use export to MS Excel, the address book can be sent up to your request after the upgrade. After December 31 st, 2022, all applications and data will be finally terminated and unavailable.


What should I do if I do not know the date of the upgrade?

What should I do if I do not want to upgrade to the new version of HotelTime 4?

Due to the planned termination of the HotelTime 3.5.0 application on December 31 st, 2022, an upgrade to the newest version is required. Contact your sales representative for more information.
