Let's have a look at how easy it is to pay by card in Vento 3in1.
All card payments made on the Adyen 3-in-1 device include a variable symbol in Vento that matches the PSP reference value in the Adyen portal (just like in HotelTime). This allows you to perform precise 1:1 payment reconciliation.
1. From the available payment types, choose „Adyen terminal “ option. This payment type will be set according to the questionnaire.
2. Just like with other payments, you can choose from the following options.
Set amount: You will use this option in case of split payment. If guest wants to pay only part of the amount with card. It is not possible to enter larger amount, tipping is done later.
Set discount: Works the same as for other payment types.
Confirm: Click to move on.
3. After confirming the payment selection, you have the option to enter a tip (the displayed values will be configured for you based on the questionnaire).
4. After selecting the tip, all that’s left is to tap the card and complete the payment.
