Banquet / Breakfast can be found directly in the main menu of the Vento backoffice. With the help of this functionality we can create individual types of banquets such as Raut, breakfast buffet, coffee break, etc.
It is also possible to create Banquet / Breakfast templates, which will speed up our work when creating new events. The template allows you to create the basis or the exact content of stock items and recipes of a curren event, cost calculation and choice of stocks we use for stock item transfer .
If we then create a new event, such as e.g. a banquet for 50 people, it is possible to use the banquet modul to solve cost calculations, unloading from the stock, printing a list of necessary stock items to arrange a banquet, etc., which speeds up the work of staff.
