Need to check if someone has edited the stock item? Or possibly when it was created and by whom?
The History of item operations report is used for this purpose. Based on the filter conditions, you can list the operations. Either all in general (you leave it unspecified for the Operation), or you can choose from the options offered (for example, editing, cancel, etc.).
In the report, you will always see who performed the operation, what the item is and what exactly happened. By clicking on the given item, you can get to the editing of the given stock item.
