Set the filter conditions as needed, for example according to the location you want to monitor, according to the date, etc. and press find.
The report shows the breakdown of VAT by recipe category, for each type of payment and at the end, cumulatively for all paid accounts.
You can print the report or export it to xls and work with it further.
The source of data is all entered payments in the system, all discounts and modifications of items without cancellations are reflected here.
