What’s new?
Editing Guest Information After Confirmation in Online Check-In
It is now possible to edit guest information even after it has been confirmed with a signature in the online check-in form. The ability to edit guests in the room via the online check-in link ends once the room is checked in. This new option allows hotels to let guests correct incorrect details or update resident details before arrival (e.g. if the original guest made a typo or cannot come and is replaced by someone else).
Communication Language Selection in Online Check-In
Guests can now enter their preferred communication language in the online check-in form, which will then be saved to their profile in the Concierge section. A behavior has been fixed where the language was not saved correctly and defaulted to English for all residents.
Required Fields in Online Check-In Form
It will no longer be possible to submit the online check-in form if required fields are not filled out.
Item Dates on Final Document Aligned with Reservation
After transferring items from a reservation to a paymaster, if the setting “Display all items on invoice” is active, the item dates on the final document will match the dates in the reservation.
Option to Delete Empty Room Groups
Created room groups can now be deleted if they contain no rooms. Related system alerts have been clarified.
Fix for "Save" Button Translation
Fixed a missing translation for the "Save" button when creating or editing the header of a Permanent Account.
Validation of Cancellation Fee Processing
The new functionality for processing cancellation fees will now validate the system setting “Automatically raise invoice for card payments” when the payment is processed using card token. When this setting is active, tax documents of the "Invoice" type will be correctly issued.
Property Information Changes via Customer Support
It will no longer be possible for users to change certain property details in the application. Such changes will need to be requested through customer support.
Accounting Export for Omniboost
The accounting export for Omniboost now includes accounting codes for payment types intended for Vento.
Integration with Sinosecu for the Asian Market
We are launching a pilot integration with Sinosecu for the Asian market, enabling the connection of a full-page ID reader for faster guest processing at reception.
