Introducing payment links functionality!
You can now generate payment links in HotelTime – unique URLs that allow guests to make quick and secure online payments. The link can be easily created and sent directly from HotelTime, leaving the guest to simply choose their preferred payment method. Whether by card or digital wallet, they can pay safely from anywhere – using their smartphone, tablet, or computer in just a few clicks!

Availability and Rates Synchronization Up to 3 Years Ahead
We now allow availability and rate synchronization with some channel managers for up to 3 years into the future. This update responds to the needs of clients in certain regions who have long booking windows and require up-to-date availability and rates on their distribution channels for more than 1 year. Our customer support will be happy to assist you with adjusting the settings, so do not hesitate to contact us in case you need the synchronization period with your channel manager to be extended.
New VAT Output Report
We have created a new VAT Output Report for the Thai market to simplify daily accounting operations and improve reporting efficiency for authorities. The report provides a clear overview of all issued documents within a selected period, including recipients and links to related documents such as correction invoices, deposit invoices (DPP), or final invoices.
Additionally, the report distinguishes between HQ and local branches if the customer is a company and this information is specified in its profile in the adress book.

Partial Correction Invoices Now Available for Deposit Invoices
You can now issue partial correction invoices also for deposit invoices, therefore in case you don’t want to use the full deposit amount against services posted on folio, you can create a partial correction invoice, which will be recorded in the correction invoice numbering sequence. To be able to use this feature, you need to activate user right "New Correction Invoice" and "Edit invoice - Correction Invoice" for required user groups. If Trial Balance function is active at your property, please contact customer support to activate this feature in the system settings first.
Hotel logo now available on account preview templates
We've unified the account preview templates and if the hotel logo is set, it will now also appear on all system preview templates.
External Payment Now Displays Selected Items Correctly
When selecting items and processing a payment via the External Payment function, the context window now correctly displays the selected items for payment.
Correct Filtering of Variable Symbols in Automatic Payments
In the report of successful automatic payments you can already filter by the variable symbol field.
Bank account and bank code available on account previews
The bank code will now also be displayed for the bank account on the reservation, paymaster and outlet account previews.
Online Payment Refund
We have resolved a system behavior that prevented from refunding the Adyen online payment in a particular case.
Guest Stay Counts Now Displayed Correctly
We have fixed the incorrect counting of the number of stays displayed in the guest profile details. New stays are now being counted correctly and in the next week we will also edit the historical records that were created before this functionality was fixed.
Reservation Search Report Update
In the Reservation Search report, it is now possible to sort reservations by arrival date, departure date, and created date columns even when the "Group by Reservations" option is enabled.
Package Name Translation Now Retained
The entered translation of a package name into a secondary language is now preserved after saving and no longer needs to be re-entered.
Revenue by Partners Report Fixed
The Revenue by partner report no longer displays a 404 error if you sort the report by the sorting arrows next to the columns and then click on the partner detail.
