Dear customers,
Between April 15 and May 15, 2025, we will carry out several scheduled maintenance operations. These will involve short, controlled system outages, during which all our services may become temporarily unavailable.
Overview:
Maintenance period: April 15 – May 15, 2025
Expected frequency: approximately 2–3 occurrences during this period
Impact: full outage of HotelTime PMS and connected services
Estimated downtime: up to 15 minutes per occurrence
Maintenance window by location (equivalent of 07:00–08:00 CEST):
Bangkok (UTC+7) 12:00 – 13:00 local time,
Colombo (UTC+5:30) 10:30 – 11:30 local time,
Johannesburg (UTC+2) 07:00 – 08:00 local time,
London (UTC+1) 06:00 – 07:00 local time,
Dublin (UTC+1) 06:00 – 07:00 local time,
Tallinn (UTC+3) 08:00 – 09:00 local time.
We do not require any action on your side – just inform your operational staff to be aware of these temporary outages.
