Hello dear users!
On Thursday, 6 November 2025, we’re rolling out the new HotelTime version 4.6.18.
And once again, it brings a few handy improvements to make your life – or at least your shift – easier.

What’s new?
Support for Multiple Integrations for External Payments
It is now possible to configure multiple integrations for external payments within a single HotelTime application. This allows for even greater flexibility in customising the payment process to meet the specific needs of each hotel.
Reservation Display in the Room Plan – Now Makes Sense Even When Using the Scrollbar
We’ve fixed a behaviour in the system where scrolling through the room plan using the scrollbar could cause reservations to appear misaligned – as if they were assigned to the wrong room. The room plan no longer plays “musical chairs”, and the world feels just a little bit more in order.
Fix for Room Plan Jumping After Moving a Reservation
We’ve resolved an issue in the room plan where, in certain situations, drag and drop a reservation caused the view to unexpectedly jump to the end of the room plan.
This mostly occurred when viewing a large number of rooms on smaller screens. The display now remains stable after moving a reservation.
QR Code to External System Exactly Where You Need It
Using a link to an external system? Now you no longer have to search for the QR code – it will appear exactly where you need it:
in the reservation
in the room
for both the reservation partner and staying guest
This makes access to external information faster, more convenient, and always close at hand.
Address Reading from Czech ID Cards on Granus Full-Page Document Reader
We’ve adjusted the way the system evaluates filled-in fields – it can now recognise cases where a field contains only blank characters (e.g., spaces), and will correctly read the data.
Thanks to this change, the address from the Czech ID card should now be correctly transferred to the system again, even after the Granus software upgrade.
