System distinguishes between Main key and Copy key. System offers follwing coding functions

Code key card  - main card

Code key card - copy card

Keys can be coded from the following sections of the system:

1. From Room plan

Right click on the room reservation cell

Select Code key card - main card 

or Select Code key card - copy (in case you require additional key for the room)

2. From Room detail 

Select Room detail Menu

Select Code key card - main card 

or Select Code key card - copy (in case you require additional key for the room)

3. From report Reservations by arrvial date

From the main menu select Front desk --> Reservations by arrival date

Select Display

To code the key select the symbol Code main card on the left or Code card copy on the right-hand side.

Top tip: Default time from/to can be changed based on property requirements. To amend the times go to Settings --> Application --> Main system set-up --> Door lock system (tab)
