Do you need to route the full reservation account to a specific Post master? Please use function Automatic settlement.
How to set up Automatic settlement?
Open Reservation Detail
1. Select Reservation detail Menu - Account Routing
2. Select Post master in the Automatic settlement section.
Full reservation account will settle to PM at check-out by default, no other settlement option will be allowed.
The automatic settlement is set up but you do not want to settle all items to Post master?
You can either:
- Split account items and transfer them to Guest account
- Go back to Automatic settlement and change Post master to Do not use
