POS from the English "Point of sale" is a place where sales and billing with the guest take place. In our case, it is a terminal / cash register in outlet (Bar, restaurant).


The closure is usually made after each shift and after its done we obtain information about sales, sales of recipes, etc. for that shift.


The information obtained in closure are used by management for an overview of the situation in the outlet/restaurant and for the evaluation and analysis of data.
