The report shows hotel occupancy as a percentage and graphically. Can only be used if all bookings have assigned rooms. The report can be used for the past, current day and future. You can compare individual months in different years.
Data source: Data is read into the report from reservations that have rooms assigned to them. Total room availability subtracts available rooms and calculates occupancy.
