There is a invoice attached to Reservation and system doesn't allow you to cancel the reservation?
Here is step by step procedure:
1. Open the Reservation detail and click on Invoice number to see the Invoice detail
2. Cancel the Invoice and all the items will return back on Reservation account
3. Click on Menu - Cancel
