It is now possible to set up automatic expiration of credit (bonus) accounts. Our customer support team will help you with the setup.
What do we need from you?
Before the setup, we will need the number of days (30–999) after which the accounts should expire.
How does it work?
In Libero, you will find a new report called Expired bonus accounts (Bonus - Expired bonus accounts). Once automatic expiration is activated for you, you will find all the necessary information in this report (expiration date, account status, balance, etc.):
Expired are those bonus accounts that have had no transaction (income, expense) for the given period. The completed expiration will be displayed as a separate transaction:
The expiration adjusts the bonus balance to 0.
You can also set an individual expiration value for individual bonus accounts.
