Check your VAT rate by accommodation and hotel services.
To change VAT rate by hotel services, click on main menu Settings - Application - Product and services - hotel - edit item by the pencil icon.

To change the VAT rate by the existing item on the hotel account, you can proceed with the change only on the future items - open the reservation or room detail and click on the item price.
