We have detected an outage of our partner D-Edge (AvailPro) interface to HotelTime, which started today at 1 p.m. and is still ongoing. We have contacted the provider, and we are now waiting for a technical solution on the D-Edge side to reactivate our connection.
The outage affects the synchronization and delivery of reservations to the HotelTime system.
After the reactivation of our connection (synchronization and delivery of reservations), we assume that reservations will be processed gradually. You can check the current delivery status of reservations directly in D-Edge.
