This week, we are releasing the new version of HotelTime 4.6.6 at the usual times.
For example, the following modifications are available in the new version of the system
We are expanding the "Guest History" functionality, when the number of stays of the given guest will be displayed in several other places in the application.
We are adding a "Phone" column to the HT "Guestbook" report, which will be written from the profile detail from the "Phone" line. We also display these columns in the exports of the Other operations section.
When switching a user from one aplication to another, the new user will be switched directly to the Welcome page. (Insufficient userrights cause switching problems).
"Don't move" functionality, can be applied to a given room. Or in the reservation detail, when the "Do not move" function is applied to for whole reservation.
New methods are added to our Kiosk API.
Channel managers connected via our HT API can now send information about the client's preferred room (we can set whether to assign a room other than the preferred one or leave it unassigned).
In the case of the "Split account" function, the items to be split will be displayed in ascending order according to the number of rooms.
The new system job "Booking status push canceled modified" could send information about canceled reservations to the client's endpoint every 10 minutes.
A new "Not specified" option will be added to all parts of the system where gender information is sent in the guest profile. At the same time, we set this variant as DEFAULT for all new profiles where this is not specified in advance.
In the case of opening PM list report, the Account Status will be set to Open by default.
We now allow editing the purpose of stay in the "Update" method in the Kiosk API.
In the group plan, it will be possible to choose from two options "individuals together" or "individuals with an unassigned room".
The "salutation" will only be displayed on the Welcome page, the username will be displayed in other parts of the system.
Occupancy analysis does not show canceled OOO.
Reservations created from block reservations acquire all the properties and are reported in the same way as normal reservations, even when a component is deleted.
