4.6.7 HotelTime new version

Dear Customers,


This week, we are releasing a new version of HotelTime on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at approximately 21:00 (CET)


In the new system version, the following updates are available:


  • Revolution in cancellation fees! >>HERE<< Find a guide on how to efficiently manage no-shows/canceled reservations and charge fees for them.
  • New technical closure – Explore the difference between OOO (Out Of Order) and OOS (Out Of Service) and learn how to use them in line with your property's operational procedures >>HERE<<.
  • Searching profiles of companies and individuals across the entire HotelTime system will now reflect the application's graphic design, and profiles with an assigned AR number will appear first in the list.
  • When using the "Split Bill" function, items to be split will now be displayed in ascending order by room number.
  • When switching the properties, you will now be redirected to the same page in the system you were in before switching, where technically possible.
  • The permission "Room plan elements settings" is now independent of the "System settings" permission. It will no longer be necessary to have the "System settings" user right activated. However, after the release, the "Room plan elements settings" user right must be activated for user groups that need access.
  • The Housekeeping and Maintenance dashboard will have some updates:
    • Graphs will be more readable with the addition of new colors to the palette.
    • The HSK forecast graph will display more relevant operational information.
  • In the "Forecast - daily" report, when the current month is displayed, you will now see subtotals.
  • Updates to partner integration via HT API:
    • When downloading the Mapping Sheet, a "Room" field is available, showing the ID, Code, Name, and Room Type ID.
    • Until now, only one partner could be connected via the HT API. After the release, it will be possible to connect up to 3 partners.
  • New features in push batches sent to venues or uploaded directly to their servers:
    • It will be possible to push identical batches to up to five partners simultaneously.
    • Some batches may now include notes (e.g., room notes, reservation notes, or housekeeping notes).
    • Created batches will contain the user who created the reservation.
    • And more...
  • We are adjusting the behavior where it was not possible to delete a task by pressing the red cross directly from the room or reservation detail in the "Tasks" section.
  • If the rate code conditions are violated when creating a reservation, an information window will appear, clearly indicating which rate code conditions were not met.
