Better Overview for Your Housekeepers
We’ve added the display of all ongoing technical closures (OOO and OOS) to the basic housekeeping report, and included these closures in both the standard and detail housekeeping reports when a reservation is scheduled before or after them. Now, it's clear which rooms are out of order and when they need to be prepared for upcoming guests. More about technical closures can be found >>HERE<<.
Even More Transparent Documents
When using the " Custom groupings" print mode, the name of the first guest will now appear on the final document next to folio items. This feature is perfect for clients who use custom group printing to ensure items like meals don’t appear as separate charges on the guest’s invoice but still need to export these items separately to accounting. Everything will now be clearer for both you and your guests.
Order Number Now on Registration Cards
We’ve created a new tag that allows the "Reference Number" from the reservation detail to be displayed on registration cards. If you would like to use this functionality, feel free to contact our support team, and they’ll help you with the setup.
New Integration with the Weblock/Valnes Lock System
This is the first of our integrated e-lock systems! When connected to this partner, you can now generate door-opening pins directly from the reservation details, and these pins can be automatically sent to guests via post-check-in emails through the HT Concierge module. This easy and convenient solution will speed up your check-in process.
New Accounting Report
We have added a new, more comprehensive accounting report that allows you to filter canceled payments and documents. The original report remains available, so your accounting teams can choose which report works best for them.
Retail without Overwriting Prices
When changing the number of items or currency in retail, the prices of previously entered items will no longer be overwritten. The system remembers the values you've entered, making your work even faster.
Birthday Celebration Widget on the Dashboard
The "Birthdays" widget on your dashboard will now correctly display the number of guests celebrating their birthday on the current day. This feature will help you create a special experience for your guests.
