Dear Customers,
On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, we’re rolling out the new HotelTime version 4.6.21.
And once again, it brings a few handy improvements to make your life – or at least your shift – easier.
Take a quick look: in just a minute, you’ll know what’s changed and where you can save a few clicks.
What’s new?
More detailed export of the Accounting report to Excel
You can now also export the Accounting report in a more detailed format, which includes customer details from the document, such as Customer ID, Customer VAT NO., and Country of customer. Use the "Export: MS Excel - detailed" button to download this new export.
New warning when closing a post master account
When attempting to close a post master account, the system will now display a warning if there are reservations routed to the account without check-out. The warning explains the reason for the block and shows the numbers of the affected reservations. After confirmation, the user is taken to a list of these reservations, including links to their detail.
Export of consumptions to PDF also from other parts of the system
It is now available also in open hotel accounts (guest, main) and in post master accounts. This gives you easy access to the information you need in multiple places, all in a clear and well-organized way.
Adjustment to the logic for checking a previous stay
When the "Check-in: previous stay must be checked out" setting is active, we have adjusted the validation of previous stays to prevent conflicts and incorrect behavior related to DayUse reservations. The system now checks only reservations in Check-in status from the last 30 days and does not take Accompany reservations into account.
Straight to Room plan/overview after check-out
When the "After check-out, go to Room overview" setting was enabled, the system previously stayed on the reservation or room detail after check-out instead of returning to the Room plan page.
Now, after check-out, the system will redirect the user to the page according to the setting.
Small improvements to make working with reservations easier
For reservations in check-out, we adjusted the menu displayed after right-clicking. Previously, an unclear Undefined item could appear there, which did not make sense and made the screen more confusing when expanded. We also unified the Czech texts. Actions are now displayed in the expected form as Check in and Check out, making the interface more consistent.
Your voice matters! Is there something you’re missing? Or something that works like a charm? Let us know – your feedback shapes the future of HotelTime. We’re building it together.
The new version will be deployed on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (CEST). During this time, the system may be briefly unavailable, but we believe the new features will more than make up for it.
