Planned D-EDGE maintenance – action required

Dear clients,


we would like to inform you about a planned technical maintenance of the D-EDGE platform, as communicated by our partner.

04:00 - 08:00 AM UTC

06:00 - 10:00 AM CEST

12:00 - 04:00 PM SGT


During this time:

  • reservations from D-EDGE CHM will not be delivered to HotelTime PMS
  • availability, restrictions, and rates will not be sent from HotelTime PMS to D-EDGE CHM
  • the D-EDGE extranet will be unavailable


All data will be automatically synchronised once the service is restored.


What needs to be done after the maintenance?

D-EDGE recommends performing a full resynchronisation of availability and rates for 1 year ahead.


Steps in HotelTime:

Settings → Queues → Channel Manager Synchronisation → Resynchronisation

  • the date is pre-set to 1 year ahead
  • select the required options (availability and/or rates)
  • confirm by clicking “Add to queue”


Data will be sent to D-EDGE within approximately 10 minutes.


Where to check the status?

You can monitor the connectivity status in real time on the HotelTime System Status page, also accessible from the homepage of your HT applications.


The D-EDGE team will closely monitor the process and actively address any inconsistencies. The maintenance is fully managed on the D-EDGE side, and its course or duration cannot be influenced by HotelTime.
