Dear Customers,
On Thursday, June 25, 2026, we’re rolling out the new HotelTime version 4.6.23. And once again, it brings a few handy improvements to make your life – or at least your shift – easier. Take a quick look: in just a minute, you’ll know what’s changed and where you can save a few clicks.
What’s new?
Payment and guarantee in one? Yes, with an Adyen link
You can now obtain a credit card token in HotelTime also via Adyen payment links. The guest either makes a payment or simply enters their card details, and the token is automatically saved to the reservation for future payments or guarantee purposes.
Simple, secure, and without any additional setup.

Unified room sorting
We have unified the way rooms are assigned. Available rooms are now displayed consistently, regardless of the Active field settings – first by room type and then by sorting number.
This makes room selection clearer and more consistent.
Better overview of deposits
In the Deposit to use report, you can now easily distinguish whether the item is a Deposit invoice or a Gift certificate.
Less searching, less uncertainty, and more confidence in your daily financial checks.
External payment in Retail
We have adjusted External payment so that it can now be used without restrictions in Retail as well.
This removes another obstacle that could have complicated daily operations.
Latvian fiscal settings
It will be possible to enter an address of up to 120 characters in the "Host" field. Previously, the limit was a maximum of 25 characters.

The new version will be deployed on Thursday, June 25, 2026, between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (CEST). During this time, the system may be briefly unavailable, but we believe the new features will more than make up for it.
