You can view the content of the new version here. Please be advised that once the new version of Libero is uploaded, we will do the setup for you, only a check from your side will be required once the work is completed, which we expect to be until 12:00 CET.
As part of the transition to the new version, the Libero system will be unavailable, so you will not be able to log into the Libero application or search or view any data. Online booking engine will be down as well.
Migration date: Tuesday 23 April 2024
Start of service outage: 10:00 a.m. CET
Service outage: estimated duration of outage is 2 hours
Extent of unavailability: complete unavailability of the system, including online sales of reservations and gift certificates
Recommendation:
Due to the service's unavailability, we recommend printing a list of reservations from the system as a backup.
