New Libero version drops tomorrow! Check out what’s new

On Thursday, 16 October 2025, we’re rolling out the new Libero version 3.1.1. And once again, it brings a few handy improvements to make your life – or at least your shift – easier. Take a quick look: in just a minute, you’ll know what’s changed and where you can save a few clicks.

 

What’s New in Concierge

Are you planning to update a announcement, a language version of your email, or simply fine-tune your communication for the season? You can now create multiple templates in Concierge based on the announcement type and language – allowing you to prepare exactly what you need in advance.


How it works:

  • For each announcement type–language combination, you can create multiple templates, but only one can be active at any given time.
  • When you activate a new template, the previous one is automatically deactivated.
  • Templates can be copied, edited, or deleted (make sure to deactivate the active one first).
  • We’ve added the option to send a test email, so you can check exactly what your guest will receive – without having to manually switch and revert templates in ongoing announcements.
  • Test emails are sent to addresses configured directly in Concierge. With the option to enter multiple addresses, you can easily test how your email appears in Gmail, Outlook, or a mobile email client.
  • A new Back button has been added in the template editor, allowing you to return to the previous screen.


After upgrading to version 3.1.1, all templates will be displayed as active. This is just a visual change – your existing settings remain unaffected.


Plan your communication the way that suits you – quickly and clearly. Your announcements will always be up-to-date, linguistically correct, and ready in advance.

Customer Makes a Purchase – Concierge Automatically Sets the Language

When a customer buys a voucher or makes a reservation via OBE/OVE, the system now automatically remembers the language used in the online form and saves it to the contact profile in the adress book. Thanks to this, as soon as Concierge is active, the customer will receive follow-up emails – like reservation reminders – in their selected language rather than the default one. Less manual work, more automation, and more time for a personalised approach – ideal for properties with both local and international guests.


SMS Concierge Module Coming Soon

You may already notice new settings or features appearing in the system – these are related to the upcoming SMS Concierge functionality. We're currently fine-tuning the feature and will be bringing you more details very soon. Stay tuned!


Daily Operational Report No Longer Collapses Even from Discounts

The Daily Operational Report used to redirect users to the homepage when it encountered a reservation created with a 100% discount. It simply couldn’t handle that much goodwill. Now it's back in shape and can display even days when services were given away for free.


No More Multiplying Retail Sales Totals

We’ve fixed a tricky issue in the Daily Operational Report – in some cases, amounts from Retail were being multiplied based on the number of items sold.

For example, if you sold 2 items for a total of CZK 135, the report showed CZK 270. The amounts are now calculated correctly – once and accurately.


The System No Longer Thinks Your Staff Run on Solar Power 24/7

At times, the system assumed your staff were superhuman – needing no time off, shifts, or rest. As a result, it occasionally scheduled a reservation for someone who was actually set inactive that day. But don't worry, reservations are now only assigned to staff members who are active in the system and have a scheduled shift that day.


No more login confusion in OBE/OVE

Some registered customers were unable to log into OBE or OVE, even though they entered the correct credentials. The issue was caused by old, historically deleted profiles with the same username, which the system was still taking into account. Now the system knows that what's old should stay archived – it ignores inactive records, and logging in works just as it should.


Searching for Reservations Paid by Gift Certificate/Voucher

Was searching by payment method “Gift Certificate” not working as expected? We’ve got a fix. The system can now correctly identify the link to a certificate even when it was used as the payment method. If a reservation was split across multiple accounts, you’ll now see multiple results after the search.


Updates to Payment Type Settings

We’ve refined the configuration options for system-defined payment types to make setup clearer and more relevant:

  • Currency, default amount, fixed amount, and exchange rate fields are now hidden, as they don’t typically apply to system-defined types.
  • For Card payments, the terminal selection setting remains visible.
  • For Credit, the fiscal setting (EET) for credit usage stays visible.


We’ve also added new options:

  • Rounding
  • Compatibility with discounts
  • Issuing a VAT document
  • Fiscal reporting (EET)


These changes give you better control while keeping things tidy and user-friendly.


Reservations into the past via OBE is a thing of the past in Thailand

In Thailand, it was possible to create a reservation via OBE for a time that had already passed on the current day. This has now been fixed. The system now properly understands time zones, so backdated reservations are no longer allowed.


Reservations via OBE available without restrictions again

Some customers were unable to create a reservation through the online booking engine if the service duration was exactly the same as the property opening hours. This limitation has now been removed.
