On Thursday, July 16, 2026, we’re rolling out the new Libero version 3.1.3.
And once again, it brings a few handy improvements to make your life – or at least your shift – easier.
Take a quick look: in just a minute, you’ll know what’s changed and where you can save a few clicks.
What’s new?
SMS Concierge is here! Let the system handle routine communication
Everyday communication with guests does not have to mean extra work. The new SMS Concierge helps you automate important messages and reach guests at the right time – quickly and easily.
Which SMS announcements can you use?
Online reservation confirmation from OBE – confirm that the guest’s online reservation has been created not only by email but also by SMS.
Reservation reminder – remind the guest about their upcoming visit in good time and reduce the risk of forgotten reservations or no-shows.
Reservation thank-you message – send the guest a short thank-you message after their visit and stay in touch even after they leave.
Voucher expiry reminder – let guests know in good time that their voucher is nearing its expiry date and encourage them to use it or extend its validity.

End-of-day reservations can now be edited without errors
We have fixed an issue affecting the editing of reservations created at the end of opening hours.
In some applications, editing a reservation that ended exactly at the branch’s closing time could cause an error and redirect the user to the home page.
We have also adjusted the list of available times when creating and editing reservations so that the last available time slot within the opening hours can now be selected correctly.
Last-minute reservations will therefore no longer be sent home early at closing time in these applications.
The VAT summary now includes linked invoices
We have fixed an issue where an invoice linked to an incoming payment was not included in the VAT summary section of the final invoice.
The VAT summary now correctly includes linked incoming payments, and the resulting amounts reflect the actual state of the invoice.
Accountants can once again sleep soundly, knowing that VAT is back where it belongs.
Filtering in the VAT report
You can now search the VAT report even when the Account Type parameter and the Include payments to hotel accounts are selected.
The report now understands that the goal is to display the data, not to take a trip to the home page.
More accurate display of the amount paid and the outstanding reservation balance
The {%res_due%} placeholder for displaying the outstanding balance of a reservation and the {%res_advances_sum%} placeholder for displaying the amount already paid now work correctly.
Customers will therefore see the correct amounts in the Reservation Confirmation email announcement templates.
The placeholders have stopped experimenting with creative accounting and now stick to the facts.
