Dear Customers,
On Thursday, April 23, 2026, we’re rolling out the new Libero 3.1.2. And once again, it brings a few handy improvements to make your life – or at least your shift – easier.
Take a quick look: in just a minute, you’ll know what’s changed and where you can save a few clicks.
What’s new?
Bonus payment now also available for online reservations
Your guests can now also use their bonus account to pay when creating an online reservation. They simply sign in and choose bonus payment. More payment options, less work for the reception. Customer support will be happy to help you with the setup. You can read more in the article HERE.
Advanced management of bonus accounts
Libero now supports the automatic expiration of inactive bonus accounts. This prevents old inactive accounts from accumulating, reduces manual administration, and gives you a clearer overview of your records. It also includes a report of Expired bonus accounts, where you can easily check their status, expiration date, and balance. More information can be found in the article on the customer support portal HERE.
Periodic online reservations without unnecessary back-and-forth
Another new feature is the ability to create periodic online reservations. Guests can create online reservations for selected services at regular intervals, for example every Monday or every other Thursday. This makes planning more convenient for guests and gives staff a clearer overview. Of course, we will be happy to help you with the setup. More information about this feature can be found in this article HERE.
New VS column in Excel exports
We have newly added a VS column to Excel exports in the Payment list and Payments - cards reports. This gives you an important piece of information clearly available directly in the export.
Copy of voucher purchase confirmation with the link only where it should be
If you use a voucher download link in the voucher purchase confirmation, the following now applies:
Confirmation e-mails sent to the addresses listed in Branch settings under "Email + Additional e-mails" will no longer include the download link.
The exact copy of the client confirmation, including the download link, will instead be sent to the e-mail addresses set in On-line settings.
Option to choose whether to send Concierge campaigns to virtual therapists
We have added a new option to the Concierge settings: "Include mailing for services with virtual therapists".
When this option is switched off, customers with a reservation assigned to a virtual therapist will not receive automatic e-mails such as Reservation reminder or Thanks for reservation. Nothing changes for Reservation confirmation, and you can still send it manually from the Reservation detail.
This feature is useful if you use virtual therapists for storing overbooked pending reservations and confirm them later, for example only when a time slot becomes available after another customer cancels their reservation.
Stricter rules for Concierge campaign delivery
We have adjusted campaign delivery so that it now follows the application settings more strictly. For example, Reservation reminder will no longer be sent for walk-in reservations. Voucher expiry reminder will only be sent on the given day to those clients whose voucher expires in exactly the number of days set in the application, etc.
Activation/deactivation of service types for therapists
We have resolved an issue where, especially for operations using 32 or more service types, it was not possible to deactivate a given service type for therapists. You can now have as many service types as Pokémon, and deactivating them will now work without any drama.
However, we would especially like to ask clients using 30 or more service types to check this setting for individual therapists after upgrading to the newer version. Some service types may become deactivated for them, which could result in it not being possible to create a reservation for that therapist with the given service type.
Voucher detail now shows the correct delivery address
When purchasing a voucher in OVE, if a different delivery address is entered, this address is now also correctly transferred to the voucher detail in the application, specifically to the Delivery address section. This means the same address will now be displayed as in the Voucher purchase confirmation, because the delivery address should not be a discipline for fortune tellers.
Directory export no longer redirects to the default page
If the user language was set to "application specific", in some applications it could happen that the Address book could not be exported to Excel and the user was redirected to the default page instead. We have fixed this. From now on, exporting will no longer feel like playing a board game: "roll the dice and go back to start."
Payment and transport selection in OVE now works correctly in every language
Payment and transport selection is now unified in both language versions, and the individual options are displayed correctly only once. So the page no longer confuses clarity with a festival of repetition.
Your voice matters! Is there something you’re missing? Or something that works like a charm? Let us know – your feedback shapes the future of Libero. We’re building it together.
The new version will be deployed on Thursday, April 23, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 13:00 PM (CEST). During this time, the system may be briefly unavailable, but we believe the new features will more than make up for it.
